Field Operator

Responsibilities:

• service, setting and solving technical problems of machines according to the procedures

• focus on optimizing and ensuring maximum productivity at work, reducing operating costs

• solving problems and identifying opportunities for improvement work

• reporting of technical efficiency

• assessment of risks

• responsibility for all aspects of safety and regulatory compliance within designated work areas

• perform minor maintenance and coordinate other activities

• identification, assessment and implementation of practical improvements in the work

• participating in the preparation of development plans for the asset area

 

Requirements:

• Technical secondary education

• min. 5 years experience in similar position in oil&gas industry

• English on intermediate level

• a valid Driving License

• involvement and responsibility for the assigned duties

• ability to ensure safe working conditions

• independence in solving problems

• ability to identify and implement optimization opportunities

• practical and theoretical knowledge of the refinery
